Dasseti Wrapped 2024
As the year draws to a close, we at Dasseti are proud to reflect on a remarkable 2024.
Due diligence is moving up the priority ranks from a box checking exercise to an integral part of the risk management and compliance function.
Our expert panel from perfORM Due Diligence Services and Dasseti explain how firms across the investment sector can take a different approach to due diligence and how that can drastically improve outcomes across the value chain.
Asset owners that are assessing new managers, GPs or funds. Deeper investigations into risks or alerts. Ongoing monitoring of existing portfolio of managers and funds.
Managers or GPs that are the subject of asset owner due diligence or those conducting due diligence on M&A targets or third party service providers.
Consultants offering OCIO or investment services to asset owners, or placement agents providing RFP services to GPs.

CEO & Founder, Dasseti
Wissem founded Dasseti in 2018 after working for almost two decades in the investment software and data space for some of the biggest vendors in the industry; Moody’s Analytics, BlackRock eFront and NASDAQ eVestment. Wissem spotted a gap in the market for a one to one data collection platform that could sit alongside market data providers and allow allocators to collect data directly from managers, GPs and portfolio companies. This data could be used for operational, investment, ESG and diversity due diligence and monitoring as well as supporting risk management practices.
Wissem takes a client centric approach to the business, driving developments that will make clients’ lives easier and addressing pain points that no other industry specialized vendor does within the same platform.
