Dasseti and Intralinks - Going Beyond the Virtual Data Room

Dasseti has partnered with Intralinks to build an integration between the market-leading virtual data room (VDR) software platform and Dasseti's flexible digital due diligence software.

The integration completes the data story for Intralinks users, adding qualitative, one-to-one due diligence and monitoring data to the information already provided by GPs and fund managers via the Intralinks data room and document sharing platform.

The move will allow joint customers to automate document acquisition from Intralinks VDR directly into the Dasseti platform. All Dasseti users will be able to access Intralinks documents via a single Intralinks user license, reducing the time spent requesting access and checking for new documents.

As Dasseti uses single sign on and provides a centralized store of data and documents, users will benefit from a reduced number of clicks whilst still accessing multiple platforms. Users can leverage the integrated document management features available within Dasseti to combine their collected documents alongside documents shared through the VDR. This significantly streamlines and simplifies the research and due diligence process.

Once pushed to Dasseti, documents that may have been assigned an expiry date in Intralinks will be available in Dasseti's platform for as long as they are needed.

Extracted files from Intralinks will be automatically classified, and can then be tagged based on the client rules making them easily searchable.
