Our CEO and Founder, Wissem Souissi was recently interviewed by The Drawdown, a leading publication for private equity and venture capital operational leaders.
Deputy Editor, Krystal Scanlon asked Wissem how Dasseti helps both LPs and GPs in the private equity sector to improve the use of data and communications. Wissem explained that Dasseti streamlines the exchange of information, freeing up time for value-adding tasks and improving the overall quality of data.
Wissem explained how recent investment would be utilized, firstly in further product development, allowing Dasseti to use document scraping, natural language processing, AI and machine learning to improve data matching and smart responses. Secondly to enable the company to expand its geographical reach, further strengthening its client base in APAC and the US.
Dasseti addresses two main challenges for private equity sector, firstly the need for greater transparency, which is front and center right now, with the SEC's recently proposed disclosure requirements. A platform like Dasseti is a secure, direct exchange, meaning GPs can control which LPs see their data and our SOC I, II and III and ISO 27001 certifications mean they are confident it is completely secure.
Secondly, Dasseti addresses the requirement LPs have for a greater variety of data, across operations, ESG, diversity etc. The flexibility Dasseti offers means LPs can collect any data points they need, organize it, standardize it and compare it using our advanced analytics toolset.
